These terms apply to your use of Tropa Goals. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret.
Penalties and stakes
A circle can record a penalty for missed goals. Tropa Goals only records what members agree to. It does not hold, collect, transfer or enforce any money, goods or services, and it isn't a party to any agreement between members. Stakes are private arrangements between you and your friends, and you are responsible for them. Don't use the app for gambling or for anything illegal, harmful or degrading.
Your content
You own the photos and text you post. You give us permission to store them and show them to the members of your circles, only so we can run the app. You promise that you have the right to post them.
What you can't post
- Nudity, sexual content, or violence.
- Photos of other people who haven't agreed to be in them.
- Anything illegal, hateful or harassing, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
To report content, email gregoriorenzo05@gmail.com. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Health
Tropa Goals isn't medical, fitness or financial advice. Pick goals that are safe for you, and talk to a professional if you're unsure.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and may change, break, or shut down. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, for lost content, or for disputes between members, including disputes about penalties.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If we change them, we'll update the date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms. Questions: gregoriorenzo05@gmail.com.
